Registration Open for 2nd Annual Across The Bay 10K
ANNAPOLIS, Md. (WJZ) -- Registration is open for the Across the Bay 10K Chesapeake Bay Bridge Run.
The 2nd annual run will take place on November 8.
The 10K includes running across the Bay Bridge and enjoying a celebration complete with live music after crossing the finish line.
Last year, more than 3,000 people completed their first 10K by participating in the Across the Bay run.
Without a finisher vehicle to take participants to the finish line, runners must complete the course at a walking pace of 19 minutes per mile.
Participants receive a t-shirt, finish line medal, food after the finish line, and shuttle transportation.
The event offers special pricing for running clubs.
