Police: We Will Turn Findings Over To State's Attorney

BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- A spokesman for the Baltimore Police Department says that a report into the death of Freddie Gray will not be issued Friday.

Instead, the findings of their investigation will be turned over to the City State's Attorney, Marilyn Mosby.

Mosby will review the findings and determine if charges will be filed. There is no timeline on how long it will take to decide any charges.

Police officials say they want to be transparent and will release some information when they can, but due to the ongoing investigation, they can't release all the findings to the public at this time.
