Police Investigating Fatal Crash In White Marsh

WHITE MARSH, Md (WJZ) — Baltimore County Police are investigating a serious crash in White Marsh that left one woman dead and another man seriously injured.

The crash happened less than an hour later just after 7 p.m., when a Volkswagen Jetta tried to make a left turn onto Allender Road in front of an oncoming motorcycle that struck the front passenger side of the Jetta.
The man driving was injured and had to be taken to the hospital, and the woman, identified as 27-year-old Ashley Lynn Simpson was taken to the hospital with critical injuries and later pronounced dead.
