Employee Found Murdered At Brooklyn Park Popeyes
BROOKLYN PARK, Md. (WJZ) -- An employee is found dead inside a popular fast food restaurant in Anne Arundel County. A suspect, motive and how the victim died remains unknown.
Rochelle Ritchie has more on the circumstances surrounding this case.
The woman was found dead by one of the opening managers at the Popeyes restaurant on Ritchie Highway. Now police are trying to find a motive for her murder.

"She is a female in her 40s, who was working at the business last night," said Lt. TJ Smith of Anne Arundel County Police.
The victim has been identified as 47-year-old Luzviminda Monreal, of Laurel.
Police say they do not have any suspects in custody and no motive.
Those that live close by are shocked and frightened.
"I was going there today. That's why I come up here,"said Ruth Finley, Brooklyn Park resident. But when she saw the crime tape, "'I told them somebody probably killed in there."
The woman's body was found Sunday around 8 a.m. by a manager in the back of a stockroom. According to police she had been severely beaten.
"We have yet to determine whether this was a robbery or some other type of altercation that went bad and turned into this murder," Smith said.
The restaurant is closed for now as the investigation continues. Some say not knowing if it was a random or targeted murder is unnerving.
Anne Arundel County Police are looking at surveillance video from inside the Popeyes restaurant as well as other businesses in the area in hopes it will lead them to the killer.
