Police Charge Son With Murder In Death of Rosedale Woman
BALTIMORE COUNTY, Md. (WJZ)--Police in Baltimore County are charging a man with murder after they say he killed his mother back in August.
The investigation began back on August 23 when officers responded to a home in the 1500 block of Chapel Hill Drive, in Rosedale.
Inside the home police found the decomposing body of 80-year-old Bernice Virginia Washington.
The autopsy indicated that the cause of her death was blunt force trauma and the manner of her death was homicide.
Police have announced on Thursday that they are charging Washington's son, Timothy L Washington, 51, with first degree murder.
He remains held without bail.
