Police Arrest Second Suspect In Fatal Shooting Of 20-Year-Old

BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- Police arrested a 26-year-old man on 1st-degree murder charges in the fatal shooting of a man in East Baltimore.
Arthur Holt was arrested in his house in Essex without incident.
On Monday April 6 at around 9:30 a.m., 20-year-old Dontrell Toliver of the 2400 block of Jefferson Street was shot in the 400 block of N. Montford Avenue.
Police arrested the first suspect, 33-year-old Keith Gladden the next day.
