Person Killed By Train In Halethorpe
HALETHORPE, Md. (WJZ) -- Amtrak police are investigating after a person was struck and killed by a train in Halethorpe.
Officials say the southbound MARC train was carrying about 300 passengers when the incident occurred. Those passengers were transferred to an Amtrak train to complete their travel. MARC service has been restored, however.
The victim has not been identified.
