Tydings Bridge Reopens After Overturned Tractor Trailer Cleared

CECIL Co., Md. (WJZ) -- Major delays were in effect after a tractor trailer overturned at the Tydings Bridge.

All northbound lanes were closed and only two right southbound lanes were kept open for traffic to pass through. All lanes have since been reopened.

Northbound traffic was detoured at MD 155 (Exit 89) as crews worked to upright the vehicle. Officials also encouraged drivers to use US 40 as an alternative route.
