Orioles' Trey Mancini Exits Game Early After Being Hit By Pitch

BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- O's all-star candidate Trey Mancini left Wednesday's game against the A's early.

The team tweeted that Mancini left the game with a left elbow contusion.

Mancini suffered the injury after he was hit by a pitch in the top of the first inning.

Mancini is leading the O's in most hitting categories this year- including batting average and home runs.
