Orioles To Auction Off 'July 4th' Jerseys
BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- In celebration of the Fourth of July holiday, all Orioles uniformed personnel will wear "Stars & Stripes" jerseys and caps on Monday, July 4, when the Orioles visit the Los Angeles Dodgers at 9:10 p.m. ET.
The uniform will feature a Baltimore gray road jersey with a stars pattern within the twill and an American flag patch located on the right sleeve. The red road caps will feature a star design and the Orioles cartoon bird logo.
Game-worn jerseys and caps will be autographed, authenticated, and auctioned on www.orioles.com/auction to benefit the USO of Metropolitan Washington-Baltimore (USO-Metro) through the Orioles Charitable Foundation beginning Friday, July 1, at 12:00 p.m. and ending Thursday, July 7, at 10:00 p.m.
