Orioles, Major League Baseball Declare Election Day Paid Day Off For Full-Time Employees

BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- The Baltimore Orioles and all of Major League Baseball have declared Election Day as a paid day off for full-time employees.

The league said they hope, by giving employees this day, it will encourage everyone to vote and volunteer in roles where needed.

Oriole Park at Camden Yards has also joined the list of stadiums across the country that will be used as voting centers on November 3.
