Orioles Announce Mother's Day & Father's Day Events
BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- The Orioles will host a special Catch on the Field opportunity for parents and their children on both Mother's Day and Father's Day this season.
The Mother's Day Catch on the Field will take place on Sunday, May 8, prior to the 1:35 p.m. game against the Oakland Athletics and the Father's Day Catch on the Field will be on Sunday, June 19, prior to the 1:35 p.m. game against the Toronto Blue Jays.
Beginning this Friday at 11:00 a.m., fans can purchase ticket packages that include a pair of tickets for the Mother's Day game and a 25-minute pregame session of catch on the field at Oriole Park. Father's Day packages will go on sale on Tuesday, May 10, at 11:00 a.m.
A portion of the proceeds will benefit the Baltimore Orioles Charitable Foundation.
The Orioles will also celebrate Mother's Day weekend and Father's Day weekend with four exclusive giveaway items.
