Excitement Builds As Thousands Flock To Inner Harbor To Ring In 2020

BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- From Baltimore and beyond, thousands of revelers flocked to the Inner Harbor to ice skate, listen to live music and watch the fireworks as a new year and a new decade arrived.

The city had been preparing for this night since right after last year's event wrapped up.

The Baltimore Office of Promotion and the Arts had said it couldn't wait to put on the fireworks show when the clock strikes midnight.
