New Hearings In Freddie Gray Case Scheduled Next Week

BALTIMORE (WJZ)—Two motion hearings in the Freddie Gray case are scheduled for next week, according to our media partner The Baltimore Sun.

Judge Barry Williams has scheduled the motion hearings for Tuesday, October 13, and Wednesday the 14,  at 9:30 a.m. in Baltimore Circuit Court.

This will be the forth and fifth time attorneys in the case will appear in court.

During the last hearing, Judge Williams ordered all trials for the six officers charged in the case to be postponed.

The first trial is set to begin on November 30 for Officer William Porter. Trial for five other officers charged in the case are set to begin next year.

The judge's order did not specify which motions would be discussed on Tuesday and Wednesday.
