Michael Phelps, Wife Welcome Second Child; Another Boy

BALTIMORE (WJZ)-- Michael Phelps announced on Instagram Tuesday that he and his wife welcomed a healthy baby boy to the world Monday.
Phelps said along with his second son, Beckett Phelps, his wife, Nicole Johnson, is also doing well following the birth.
Phelps first child, Boomer, was born in 2016.
