Michael Phelps Launches 'PhelpsMoji' App Ahead of Rio

BALTIMORE (WJZ)—The most decorated Olympian of all time has rolled out an emoji keyboard just in time for Rio.

Michael Phelps has debuted the 'PhelpsMoji' app, which features over 100 emojis of the Baltimore native.
