Melania Trump Visits Md. For Lawsuit Against Blogger
BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- The future First Lady appeared in a Montgomery County courtroom Monday morning as she pursues a defamation lawsuit against a Maryland blogger.
The Washington Post reports Melania Trump appeared at the Rockville courthouse for a hearing in the suit, which was filed in September.
Montgomery County is home to Webster Tarpley, whose website Tarpley.net allegedly posted an article that said Mrs. Trump has worked as a "high end escort."
The hearing lasted 24 minutes and there were no incidents, according to The Post.
