Md. State Police Make 126 DUI Arrests During Labor Day Weekend

BALTIMORE (AP) -- Maryland State Police say troopers made 126 drunken driving arrests during the Labor Day weekend.

Authorities said Tuesday that troopers made more than 8,000 traffic stops, issuing nearly 5,500 citations. Police also gave 4,700 warnings and more than 850 repair orders.

Troopers also made 65 non-drunken-driving arrests and arrested 75 people on outstanding criminal warrants.
