Maryland Weather: Tornado Watches, Warnings Canceled For Parts Of State

BALTIMORE (WJZ)-- Tornado watches and warnings were in effect Tuesday morningas Tropical Storm Isaias makes its way towards Maryland. They have both since been canceled for the area.

The counties in the watch include Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Baltimore City, Calvert, Caroline, Cecil, Dorchester, Kent, Harford, Queen Anne's, St. Mary's, Somerset, Talbot, Wicomico, and Worcester.

The watch has been canceled as of 11 a.m.

As for the tornado warnings, they popped up and ended as the storm moves through the region.

Two tornadoes were confirmed by the National Weather Service on the lower Eastern Shore earlier Tuesday.
