Maryland Weather: Snow Forecasted For Wednesday, Up To 6 Inches Possible In Baltimore
BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- The season's first significant snowfall is in the forecast for Wednesday across Maryland.
Meteorologist Meg McNamara said this is thanks to a coastal storm system that will push through the area midweek.

With cooler air in place, it's pretty likely that a good portion of the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast could end up with a big winter storm.
A winter storm watch was issued by the National Weather Service from 7 a.m. Wednesday to 4 a.m. Thursday.
There could also be some light snow in the western and northern parts of Maryland on Monday, with WJZ's Bob Turk predicting we could see up to four inches in Howard County as well.
