Officials said they monitored roadways and will continue to treat them as necessary.
"We're prepared to move resources throughout the state wherever they are needed," Ron Snyder, of the Maryland State Police, said.
There is a concern for slick spots Wednesday morning as overnight temperatures will drop near freezing.
State Highway officials said they're using infrared technology on 53 of their plow trucks to keep a close eye on pavement temperatures.
"We're able to use that technology in conjunction with our storm managers here to make decisions where to strategically deploy salt," Charlie Gischler, of MDOT, said.
The snow ended between 7 p.m. and 8 p.m.
