Tuesday Marks Deadline For Voter Registration In Md.

ANNAPOLIS, Md. (AP) — The deadline to register to vote in Maryland is today for the state's primary next month.

Marylanders have until 9:00 tonight to register to vote, change party affiliation, update an address and request an alternate polling place.

That includes 17-year-olds who will be 18 or older on or before the Nov. 8 General Election.

Paper voter registration applications must be hand-delivered or mailed to the voter's local board of elections. A mailed application must be postmarked by Tuesday.

Residents with a Maryland driver's license or MVA-issued ID can register online HERE.

The primary is on April 26th.
