Man charged in shooting of 19-year-old inside SW Baltimore business

BALTIMORE - A 27-year-old man was charged in the shooting of a 19-year-old in a Southwest Baltimore business in August.

Diquann Toney has been charged with attempted first-degree murder.

On August 13, a 19-year-old showed up at a hospital with serious injuries.

Police determined the shooting happened inside a business in the 1600 block of Wilkens Avenue.
