Man Sentenced To 19 Years For Producing Child Porn
GREENBELT, Md. (AP) -- A St. Mary's County man has sentenced to more than 19 years in prison for hiding a camera in a bathroom he shared with a 14-year-old boy.
Ronald Davis Pope, 49, of Mechanicsville was also ordered to register as a sex offender at sentencing Tuesday in federal court in Greenbelt.
According to his plea agreement, Pope lived with a family last year. Prosecutors say Pope secretly recorded the teen in the shower and transferred the videos to his computer and cell phone.
