GARRETT ISLAND, Md. (WJZ) — A man is being taken to shore in the area of Garrett Island after his canoe overturned in the Susquehanna River, officials say.
The Susquehanna Hose Company Fire-Rescue Boat 5 rescued the man in the river after receiving the report. EMS is waiting for him on shore.
