Man Killed In Annapolis Shooting Saturday Afternoon, Police Say

ANNAPOLIS, Md. (WJZ) -- A 29-year-old man died in a shooting in Annapolis Saturday afternoon, police said Sunday.
The shooting happened just before 4 pm. in the 1100 block of Primrose Court. The Annapolis Police Department said officers arrived at the scene to find a man injured.
The victim, Walters Mpang Halle Elangwe, was taken to an area hospital where he later died.
