Man Gets 2 Life Terms In Fatal Stabbing Of Wife

TOWSON, Md. (AP) -- A Joppa man has been sentenced to two consecutive life terms for fatally stabbing his estranged wife and another man.

Forty-six-year-old Bryant Walls was sentenced Monday in Baltimore County Circuit Court. He had been convicted of two counts of first-degree premeditated murder in the deaths of 42-year-old Okemia Walls and 50-year-old William Cunningham.

Prosecutors say on Dec. 2, 2012, Bryant Walls kicked in the door to a home in Parkville. Authorities say he stabbed Cunningham 17 times, chased Okemia Walls out of the house and stabbed her 25 times.
