Man Fatally Shot In Overturned Car
BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- Police investigate a homicide and car accident in Mount Vernon.
Around 4 a.m. Saturday, police responded to a car crash in the 100-block of East Madison Street.
When they arrived, they found an overturned car.
Inside, they found a 28-year-old man with gunshot wounds.
Police have identified him as Ricky Mellerson.
He was pronounced dead at the hospital.
