Man Charged With Impersonating Police Officer In Prostitution Sting
ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY, Md. (WJZ) -- A man is arrested for posing as a police officer during a prostitution sting in Anne Arundel County.
Police say Steven Gravley Jr., 27, answered an Internet ad that officers had placed as part of the sting.
Officers say he arrived with a BB gun, wearing a shirt with a gold badge on the front.
They believe he intended to rob the prostitute, but found the officers instead.
He's charged with police impersonation, attempted robbery and prostitution.
