Man Charged With Killing Sister-In-Law Returned To Md.

ELLICOTT CITY, Md. (AP) -- Howard County police say a man suspected of killing his sister-in-law and then setting her mobile home on fire has been extradited to Maryland.

Fifty-three-year-old Timothy Mark Fuller was returned to Maryland from Florida Tuesday night. He is being held without bond.

Police say Fuller was arrested Jan. 18 in Jacksonville, Florida. Fuller had been wanted in Maryland for first- and second-degree murder and arson in connection to his sister-in-law Stacey Fuller's death.

Police say Timothy and Stacey Fuller had lived together in a mobile home in Elkridge with Timothy's brother. Police say Stacey Fuller was discovered dead on Jan. 17 with blunt force trauma after a fire tore through the mobile home. Police say they suspect Timothy Fuller first killed Stacey Fuller, then set the home on fire.
