Man Charged With Credit Card Fraud At Md. Target

GLEN BURNIE, Md. (AP) -- A New York City man has been charged with felony credit card fraud and other crimes after police say he was caught using two fraudulent credit cards to buy gift cards at a Target in Glen Burnie.

Anne Arundel County police say a security officer at the store immediately recognized 21-year-old Orvil Glynn of Brooklyn, New York, on Thursday afternoon. Police say Glynn had visited the store previously. He's suspected of using more than 100 cloned credit cards to buy nearly $17,000 worth of gift cards on those prior occasions.

Police say they believe Glynn has used the credit card information of other people who've yet to be identified. Anyone who's had a credit card used fraudulently at either Target in Glen Burnie is asked to call police.
