Baltimore Man Charged In Baby's Murder
BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- A 23-year-old man has been charged with second-degree murder in the death of a baby.
According to police, 1-year-old Brandon Washington of the 700 block of E. 23rd Street was pronounced dead on Dec. 16 at Johns Hopkins Hospital around 12:40 p.m.
His death was ruled a homicide.
Timothy Dunbar of the same address has been charged in the baby's death.
He's being held on $5 million bail.
