Man Arrested, Charged For July Murder Of 23-Year-Old
BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- A 42-year-old man has been arrested and charged months after Baltimore police say he shot and killed a 23-year-old in the 600 block of N. Pulaski Street.
Alvin Spriggs, of the 4400 block of Maplewood Drive, is being charged with first and second degree murder in the July 24 death of Todd Dillard.
He is being held at Central Booking.
