Local Baseball Player To Be In Radio Ad For Health Care

FREDERICK, Md. (AP) -- A player for the Frederick Keys baseball team will be featured in a radio ad to urge Maryland residents to enroll in health insurance under the Affordable Care Act.

Maryland Health Care for All and the Frederick Keys are announcing the ad campaign on Thursday at the Keys' stadium in Frederick.

The ad will feature Adrian Marin, the minor league team's shortstop.

The new radio ad campaign will be in English and Spanish.

The second open enrollment period began last month. It ends Feb. 15.
