BALTIMORE -- Quarterback Tyler Huntley had the ball in his hands and a chance to send a blow to AFC North rival Cincinnati Sunday evening.

Huntley gave away the ball, and the game, as the Baltimore Ravens lost to the Bengals, 24-17, in the AFC Wild Card game at Paycor Stadium in Cincinnati.

With just under 12 minutes remaining, tied at 17-17, Huntley, playing again for Lamar Jackson, attempted to lunge for the goal line, but instead, was stripped by Bengals' defensive lineman Sam Hubbard, who rumbled 98 yards for the eventual game-winning score.

The Ravens (10-8) had a final shot, but Huntley's pass fell in the end zone as time expired.

Cincinnati (13-4) heads to Buffalo next week for a matchup with the Bills.

Huntley passed for 226 yards with two touchdowns. But he did throw and interception, which led to a Bengals touchdown, and lost a fumble that was scooped up for a score.

J.K. Dobbins had 62 rushing yards on 13 carries and Mark Andrews caught five passes for 73 yards.

Dobbins and Demarcus Robinson both had touchdown catches for the Ravens.

The Ravens  defense forced fumble and only allowed Joe Burrow to pass for 209 yards, and held the Bengals running game to 51 yards.

The Ravens rallied to take a 10-9 lead by halftime when kicker Justin Tucker made a 22-yard field goal with seconds remaining in the second quarter.

In what looked to appear as a Bengals' runaway, the Ravens battled back with timely passing yards and chunks of yardage on the ground.

Trailing 9-0 early, Dobbins caught a touchdown pass and Justin Tucker booted a field goal to give the Ravens a 10-9 lead.

The Ravens (10-7) are now 6-1 all-time in road AFC Wild Card playoff games.

The Bengals defeated the Ravens in two out of three meetings this season. Cincinnati beat Baltimore, 27-16, in the final week of the regular season.

The Ravens won, 19-17, on Oct. 9.
