Lidl To Open New Store In Glen Burnie

GLEN BURNIE, Md. (WJZ) -- There will soon be a new place to go food shopping in Anne Arundel County.

An all-new Lidl is set to open Wednesday in the Harundale Plaza along Ritchie Highway In Glen Burnie.

There will be a small ribbon-cutting, and the first 100 people in line will get a gift card ranging from $5 to $100.

This will be the chain's 14th store in Maryland.

Earlier this month, Lidl opened two other stores in Brooklyn Park and Timonium.
