Kids Trunk Or Treat At Mondawmin Mall
BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- There were Halloween happenings at the Mondawmin Mall Target on Saturday afternoon. The Baltimore City Police Department partnered with City Fire and the Guard for a Halloween event.
Locals of all ages joined for dancing, and activities with members of the Maryland National Guard. There were cops in costume and games, and of course, treats for all.
