Jon Crispin On The Big Ten Conference Tournament
Jon Crispin played college basketball for Penn State and UCLA and now he covers games and analysis for the Big Ten games. He checked in from Indiana to go over what's going on with the Terps.
The Terps were No 2. a month ago and now they are down and have lost four of their last six games. "The Minnesota loss just buried them. I think that game really hurt them. It was a shot to their confidence, a shot to their pride," said Crispin.
Norris asked who got the best and worst draws in the tournament. "I think Purdue got a decent draw. But if you want to talk about worst draw, I think it's Maryland. For a double-bye team to play Wisconsin, who controlled every aspect of the game in College Park, that's the worst possible scenario. Then, if you win that game, you probably have to play Michigan State, which no one wants to play them because they're the best right now."
The guys then talk specifically about if the problem is with the coaching of the players or the players not listening to coaching.
