Joe started by talking about pre-season football saying "you get some blown plays and some poor tackling also." Joe also went on to talk about Eli Manning and if he can be a 70% passer like his coaching staff wants him too saying "I wouldn't bet on it, that is a ridiculous number to get too." Joe also talked about what he expects from the Ravens and other NFL teams as the regular season approaches.
