Jackknifed tractor trailer backs up traffic on I-95 North past Key Highway

BALTIMORE - All I-95 Northbound lanes past Exit 55 (Key Highway) in Baltimore have reopened after a tractor trailer jackknifed Tuesday afternoon.

The crash forced the lanes to close for more than 30 minutes. 

Delays are expected to continue.
