Jackknifed Tractor Trailer Causes Backups On I-95 South At O'Donnell Street Exit Tuesday

BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- A jackknifed tractor-trailer caused backups on southbound I-95 at the O'Donnell Street exit Tuesday afternoon.

Officials said the incident caused the right lanes to close at the exit.

There is no word on what caused the incident or if anyone was injured.
