Iconic Ledo Restaurant In College Park To Reopen Under New Ownership

COLLEGE PARK, Md. (WJZ) -- The iconic Ledo Restaurant in College Park will not be closing after all.
The pizza shop will reopen in the spring.
It comes nearly two weeks after the restaurant announced it would have to close after 65 years in business.
It was this Ledo location that inspired a series of franchise locations all over the area.
A local group purchased the store and plans to reopen in the next several months.
