I-83 Reopened After Tractor-Trailer Fire Shuts Down Roadway For 8 Hours
SPARKS, Md. (WJZ) -- Interstate 83 is reopened after an early morning tractor-trailer fire shut down the northbound side between Shawan and Belfast roads.
Baltimore County fire crews remain on scene for 8 hours to extinguish the fire, remove cargo and clear the roadway.

Motorists were told to avoid the area.
