Howard County Police Looking to Identify Credit Card Thief

BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- Howard County Police are looking to identify a man who used a stolen credit card at a Columbia Walgreens last month.
Police have released surveillance video from August 2, 2016, at around 6:15 p.m. from the Walgreens drug store on the 5500 block of Twin Knolls Road in Columbia. The man is seen wearing a yellow polo shirt, tan hat and denim shorts.
