Homicide Unit Investigating After Decomposing Body Found In Rosedale Home

BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- A homicide unit is investigating after Baltimore County Police found a decomposing body inside a home in Rosedale.

Police responded to the home in the 1500 block of Chapel Hill Drive shortly after 11 p.m. Tuesday after getting a call from a relative of the resident, who expressed concern that they were not able to get of the woman for several weeks.

After forcing their way into the house, officers found a decomposing body.

It is being transported to the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner for identification and an autopsy.
