Reward offered for information in Baltimore County homicide investigation
BALTIMORE -- A homicide investigation is underway after a man was found unconscious along a road in Baltimore County on Monday morning, police said.
Officers responded to the 10,000 block of Belair Road to investigate reports of an unconscious man around 8:25 a.m.
When they arrived, they found the victim, identified as 32-year-old Jose Caceras-Santos, dead with obvious signs of trauma, police said.
Homicide detectives are investigating the incident.
