ANNAPOLIS, Md. (AP) -- Gov.-elect Larry Hogan has picked former state Sen. David Brinkley to be his budget secretary.
Hogan, a Republican, made the announcement at a news conference in Annapolis on Thursday.
Hogan also named Sam Maholtra to be secretary of the Maryland Department of Human Resources.
The selections were two of more than a dozen administration jobs Hogan announced.
