Maryland Weather: Thousands Without Power Across Maryland Due To High Winds
BALTIMORE (WJZ) — Over 4,000 BGE customers had their power knocked out from high winds Monday morning.
As of 3 p.m., 4,018 customers were affected across the state, with Baltimore County taking the bulk of outages with over 2,500.

Here's the latest outage numbers from BGE.
- Anne Arundel: 158
- Baltimore County: 2,556
- Baltimore City: 675
- Harford: 244
- Howard: 190
At one point Monday there were more than 12,000 outages reported from BGE customers.
Maryland Weather: Wind Advisory In Effect
The high wind warning was cancelled for most of the state, but it remains in effect for the Eastern Shore. The rest of the state is under a wind advisory.
Downed trees, power lines are expected to be an issue through the afternoon.
