Tips Help Police Identify 2 Suspects Caught Stealing From Harford Co. Walmart

HARFORD COUNTY, Md. (WJZ) -- Charges are pending against two people caught on camera stealing two shopping carts full of items from a Harford County Walmart.
Police say tips led them to identify the suspects.
The incident happened Sunday afternoon at the Walmart along Constant Friendship Blvd.
Their names have not yet been released.
