Abducted Harford County 7-year-old located, reunited with family

BALTIMORE -- A 7-year-old boy who had been abducted in Harford County Monday morning has been found and is being reunited with his father, according to the Harford County Sheriff's Office.

 Khalil Ringgold was reportedly abducted from Churchville Elementary School and was seen getting into a gray Nissan Altima with Ohio tags.

The Harford County State's Attorney is reviewing the case to determine if any charges will be filed.
